Simultaneous Relief Operations were conducted by Local Government Unit of Glan in coordination with the national government agencies through the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in collaboration with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) โ Special Coordination Force and the Philippine Coast Guard.
